All ClonePop cards are custom and made-to-order. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Because orders proceed to production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if production has not begun.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
